Preparation

Adding water - Dry or concentrated formula should be mixed with water to reach the original consistency.

The number of bottles and feeding amounts are guidelines and may vary individually. For 1 scoop of powder, use 30 ml of water. A level measuring scoop contains 4.6 g.

From the 5th month onwards, you can start introducing complementary foods in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife. Each complementary meal should replace one bottle meal.

Carefully follow the instructions for preparing Aptamil HA* Pre. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health issues due to the growth of unwanted bacteria. Always prepare fresh formula before each meal and feed immediately. Do not reuse leftovers. Thoroughly clean the bottle, nipple, and ring. Do not heat milk formula in the microwave (risk of overheating).

Preparation steps:

Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to a maximum of 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required water amount into the bottle.
Use the enclosed measuring scoop and level it off at the scraper. Only use the enclosed scoop.
Add the required amount of powder to the bottle. Store the measuring scoop in the designated holder.
Close the bottle and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Add the remaining water and shake again thoroughly.
Open the bottle, attach the nipple, and check the temperature of the formula (approx. 37°C).
